Ashati Energy Healing and Reiki Program

My journey's been quite a long one, and I've investigated different modalities, and even some energy healingthe past. I wanted to find all of the aspects of psychic training meditation. What brought me here was a disconnectmind, body, soul and spirit. I want to expand my knowledge and

get into the reiki healing and energy healing. It's been, it's been magical. It feels like it's just been a real adventure. Every time I feel great. You'll feel like a comfortable, and amazing, and things changed every time.

So like every week is different. It's really harmonious, you know, It's a really lovely, boutique atmosphere. It's the most intense meditation course I've ever done. Finally, I'm at the place I supposed to be, and I have that strong, strong feeling, I can be myself, and no one's limiting me. No one is telling me what to do and how to do it.

And it's great. I love it. So the process of finding my truth really has been around that, the meditation, and, time for selfreflection, as well, and also working with the people that are coming on this journey with me. One of the big things that I've noticed are

how wellsuited my group was, how we contributed to each other's journey, so really it was quite a holistic sort of developmentthat way. Feeling like I've got people around me who are similar, and because I've been quite lonely before, I've felt like I'm different and crazy.

Now it feels better. I think the main thing that it's helped me with emotionally is actually dealing with the emotion as it happens, as opposed to having an emotional reaction to something can sitting on it, or allowing that to be stored physicallymy body,

Meditation For Beginners

Hey this is Leo for actualized andthis episode I'm going to explain meditation for beginners Meditation is the single most importantselfimprovement habit you can have. Let me repeat that again, because i need to stress the significance of this. Meditation is thesingle most important habit for selfimprovement that you can have. So the question is why aren't youmeditating yet. Why aren't you meditating consistently.

Now you might say Leo why are youbeating on this pointé Because I'm already here i'm willing to learn, here iam, so tell me how to do it and i willa second. but there's a larger issue hereand the larger issues is that you still don't grasp and fathom the fullsignificance of what you stumbled upon here you're kind of like a man was walkingdown the street, or a woman walking down the street, who stumbles upon a littlegolden nugget lying on the road and you think to yourself, quot;oh a golden nugget that'sgreat!quot; and you try to pick it up and then

you run off with it never having realized that what youreally discovered but failed to realize is a gold mine! not one little nugget. This thing here. i'm going to share a nugget with you today but it's really just a little tipof the iceberg you've discovered a gold mine. So takewhat i say here very seriously and i'll come back to this point after I show youthe technique. So let's talk about how to meditate. So there's a lot of differenttechniques out there and i actually have

episodes that cover various techniquesin a lot of depth. I want to give something simple forbeginners who haven't done this before or who have tried and failed and now arereally serious about making this habit stick. So I'm going to boil all the meditationdown for you to just like one little simple nugget, and what that is is thefollowing and I want you to now do what I say with me and don't just followalong intellectually. There's a key distinction we have to make to meditateeffectively, and that is the distinction

between thinking and awareness. So we have thinking on the one handwhich is what you normally do which is what you're very familiar with, and thenwe have awareness which is kind of puzzling and mysterious and you know .quot;Leowhat is awarenesséquot; Well we're gonna make this distinctionand this distinction is something that you actually make by meditating. You don't make distinction thisdistinction by thinking. See there's two ways to try to make thisdistinction.

One is to sayquot; oh okay let me think aboutthis, oh yeah I've thought about it, oh yeahthere's a distinction between thinking and awarenessquot; So that's one way and that's fine youstart there but I want you to go deeper right now with me I want you to becomeaware that there is a distinction between thinking and awareness, not justto think about it but to actually become aware of it. See there is this kind of weirdselfreferential thing going on here so
