A perfect stranger could make a suggestion to some of the closestpeopleyour life, your friends and family, and they might listen to that perfect stranger,but you almost lose credibility the closer you are to a person, so don't bother. Don'twaste your energy trying to change them. Be the change you want to see. By doing andmodeling that it's almost like a vibration
that you create. It will become contagiousand they'll say, quot;I want one of those,quot; just like when you're at a restaurant, somebodybrings out a delicious platter. Start focusing on yourself.Pay attention to the people you're hanging around, how much you're worrying, and is thatadding any value. Create some space with those people. Create space with yourself. Go forwalks outside. Choose high vibration foods to consume. Honor your sleep hygiene. Go tobed and allow yourself to wake up early. Don't
go to sleep with the TV on. If you have aTV on or the radio on, what are you listening toé Are you listening to toxic negative stuffor are you listening to high frequency stuff that elevates youé Imagine a consciousness where every momentof the day you are hand choosing activities, people, situations on a one to ten that we'reat a nine or ten, to the point that you're profoundly sensitive if you're around anyoneor anything that's a lower frequency than that.
