How to receive Reiki training. Well firstyou need to find a Usui Reiki master teacher. And I would recommend that there are severaleasy ways to do this. One of course is the internet. You might find someyour phonebook, at your local health food store, natural food store. Or at your local metaphysicalbook store. Look for all reiki masters that teachyour area and find one that you resonatewith, trust your intuition on this. There's lots of teachers out there fortunately inthe United States now there's up to eight huned thousand estimated reiki masters. So you'll be able to find a teacher near you I'm sure. And just trust your intuition causeit's very important that you resonate with
the person that you are receiving this reikitraining with. Reiki is taughtthree degrees. In first degree which is usually taught overa weekend, a minimum of ten hours a class. You will learn history of reiki, the handplacements of reiki. You will receive four attunements and you'll also be introducedto the chakra system. You'll be able to practice reiki and learn all the steps and also receivereiki. In second degree reiki which is also taught over a period of ten hours over a weekend, you will receive the knowledge of the reiki symbols. Which are just conji that help youto focus your intent of your energy while doing reiki. You'll receive the knowledgeof learning about long distance reiki, you'll
receive two attunements. You'll learn moreabout the human energy field and other things about energy across the universe as well.In the third degree is also called the master degree. In tradional Usuri Reiki the thirddegree and the master teacher degree are combined into one, longer experience. When I teachmaster degree it's a very intense, intentful experience. So that when you are finishedwith your third degree you will also be able to teach if you so desire. In third degreeyou'll learn advanced reiki healing techniques. You'll learn how to give attunementswhichyou must audit several classesboth first and second degree wherein your second auditsyou will give attunements to the students
both first and second degree. You'll learnadvanced trainings that Usuri himself wrote about and you'll experience them as we practicewith each other on a regular basis. When you are finished with this training you will indeedbe able to call yourself a reiki master teacher. If you so desire you can teach, if you wantto keep the knowledge to yourself and help your friends and family that is wonderfulalso. Reiki is a wonderful gift to learn for yourself as you'll learn valuable life toolsthat will assist youevery way for your highest good on your life path.
Reiki interview Jacques Marinoni Vice Prsident de la Federation de Reiki Usui LFRU
Tony Lea: Hi everybody ! It's Tony and Lea from Toulouse we are about to take a plane to Geneva We are going to interview Jacques Marioni, vice president of the Usui Reiki Federation See you soon Lea: We have the honnor to be with you, Jacques Marioni, vice president of the Usui Reiki Federation Today we are here to exchange about this fusion that happened the last 9th of May Also we will let you talk about the goals of this federation And put thiscommon with Francis Venell, swissreiki's president who is with us but that we can't see on camera Next we'll debate all together and do an ideas exchange
Lea: Well, Jacques Marioni who.Tony: We let you introduce yourself Jacques Marioni : Hello and thank you letting me to share some informations And giving me this occasion to return to the source because I have been formed2002 by Francis Venell It's touching for me to come back here after I did 3 degrees with Francis We took different ways which were quite distant and now they are recrossing thanks to you so thank you Tony: So Mr. Marioni, can you tell us about the federations fusion é Yes, soMayEvian we made a general meeting of the two old federations, the quot;LFDRquot; and the quot;FFRUquot; The general meetings of both federation decided the fusion
To do an historic to step back to the origin of this fusion We need to know that the quot;FFRUquot; (French speaking Federation of Usui Reiki) has been created2002 At this period, there was only one federationFrance After some disagreements between the members of this association, the Reiki's Federation, the LFDR has been created2009 Last yearEvian, the presidence of the FFRU changed We get closer from each other and we decided to work on a certifie for wellbeeing practitioner It's important to know thatFrance it's forbidden to be called therapist for Reiki There is a code for work researcher, the Rome k1103 code, which define Reiki as personnal development and wellbeeingFrance
We don't have like Swiss the project deposited by Francis We clearly can't call therapist a person doing reikiFrance It's define by the Rome k1103 code So we decided to create a common formation commission because we both worked on different projects Then we said : why are we working separetlyé we'll create an interfederal commision and we'll work on a federal certifiion Then, by thinking of this project We told us : which federation will take this certifiioné There is two federations, what do we do with this projecté
We said that we won't lose more time with this question, we are going to a fusion At this time, I was LFDR's president and with my homologue at the FFRU we aggred to speed up to a fusion that will change the certifiion as a federal certifiion, uniqueFrance It was an hard work to presente the projectMay Since that we are stilla transition period There are two sites, we have to make just oneThere are two annuals, we have to reduce to one The visuals, we had our own logo we will make one, we don't have any logo yet Tony : So the fusion isn't really terminateé Mr. Marioni : The fusion is over, the LFRU exist but we have to accord and finalize the status
And this certifiion of wellbeeing practitian Tony : So you talked about the fact that Reiki isn't recognizeFranceWhere are we now about Reiki's positionFranceé Mr. Marioni : In France, Reiki isn't regulated Tony : Ok Mr.Marioni : Not at all You need to know that France is the only country to have the quot;MIVILUDESquot; (interministerial mission of vigilance and fight against sectarian aberrations) Reiki isthe list of MIVILUDES as a lot of other methods For now, Reiki isn't recognize and regulated so that's the problem because anyone can do what he wants
Reiki Interview Francis Venell Prsident de SwissReiki O en est le Reiki aujourdhui
Tony Léa: Hi to each of you! This is Tony and Léa! Tony: Today we are flying to Geneva to give an interview of Francis VENDRELL, president of the Swiss Federation of Reiki. Let's see what he will tell us. Tony Léa: See you very soon! 1 Swiss Reiki 2 Definitions The Reiki Approach 3 Towards a Swiss Federal Diploma 4 Objectives of an alternative Therapist 5 Reiki appreciationSwitzerland 6 Benefits of Reiki 7 Personal Testimony Léa: Today, we are very happy to be with Francis Venell, President of the association Swiss Reiki. He is going to let us know more about his association, particularly as a President. What can you tell us today about Swiss Reiki, while looking back six years before when it was createdé
What are you expecting today from ité What does it representéWhat meaning do you attach to ité Thanks for coming, and it is a real pleasure to be here to discuss with you Tony and Léa. Swiss Reiki has already been a long adventure, with a lot of elapsed time, many accomplishments and at the same time : never enough. I am the cofounder of this association. 810 years ago, I was observing what was happeningSwitzerland concerning the complementary therapy field. And I told myself that it should existSwitzerland an association dedied to Reiki, which could represent all the Reiki practitioners. I was waiting for this, somehow, so that I can join this association.
I did wait. One day, I told myself that I will wait one year more. And after that, nothing was created. I realized that if I wanted to see the creation of such an association, I would have to put my shoulder to the wheel. To begin with, I gathered some of my students, the ones who were interestedthis project. We discussed the statutes. Quickly, quite big ambitions were set up, particularly as the association was meant to be national, which is not that easya trilingual country. After creating this association, the statutes being implemented, we opened the association to the ones interestedjoining. At the beginning, it was my students. And then, progressively, the association was happy to welcome Reiki practitioners from various lineages.
Of course, they now represent the great majority of the adherents. We have first developedthe Romandie, the Francophone part of Switzerland. And for one year now, we have been focusing on going beyond this quot;borderquot;. We can now count some adherents from the Germanophone part of Switzerland, which makes us think about a reorganization of the association, now bilingual, and maybe also trilingual. Tony: So Francis, you are today the President of the Swiss association of Reiki. What is your roleé And what has already been set up since the creationé Francis: So, from the beginning, the objectives of Swiss Reiki have been clearly definedthe frame of the therapeutic practice mainly, opposed to a quot;spiritualquot; practice, which does not require a particular regulation. Thus, we have been working with the idea of promoting the therapeutic practiceSwitzerland. This is why we position clearly ourselves as a national association. Indeed, the recognition of such an area, the Reiki one, requires to be linked to a state regulation, even more as Switzerland is not a member of the EU.
So the idea was to get the recognition of the Reiki Method, first by defining clear criterias for the professional Reiki practice. Thus, our association one can count two type of memberships: professional ones and nonprofessional ones. Surprisingly, the nonprofessional members have helped us a lot. They are the ones who worked particularly to develop the regulation for the professional practice. This intrigued me a lot. We had to create a code of ethics. It can be found on our website (swissreiki ). This deontological code defines the outlines through 12 points. However, we will work on detailling it more. We have also worked a lot on the website to make ourselves known. And also to offer a space of exchange for the public, and a private space for the members too.
Thus, you can found public forums and particular spaces dedied to the members to communie about important information and to make available documentation if necessary. At the beginning, we took time to understand what was happeningSwitzerland concerning the development of alternative therapies. It was not easy.We first contact the APTN (association for the practitioners of natural therapies), as we have a rewarding collaboration with them. The President of APTN guided usthe field. Then, we realized that big changes were taking placeSwitzerlandthe field of natural therapies. A demarche that started2004 Where a number of profesionnal associations of natural therapy put themselves together with a gain of recognition as a wish Theese associations talked to the governement then an quot;organisation of the work worldquot; has been created
