The practitioner links to a specific styleof Yoga. Which helps to initiate this internal heat within. So the practitioner would meditateand create this internal fire to directly access the heat within, his or her physicalbody. It's a style of Yoga that is practiced by only you know, a small percentage of theYoga practitioners. And it's more of an internal Sadhana. And Sadhana means your spiritualpractice. The purpose of this style of Yoga is to increase the internal heat. And thereforeto reach a greater form of self realization.
